This is a warning to myself (now and in the future)

joshua you need to set aside to be able to study consistently.
This semester you have been neglecting your studies,
you didn’t put in your maximum effort in your studies.

Remember what happened back in SPM?
Remember how you work very hard for STPM?
Reignite your passion to seek knowledge,
you yourself should know how fun it is to be able to solve maths problem, understand physics concepts and be able to apply it.
You know how it feels like when you don’t know how to start when you look at the exam questions, or even the tutorial questions…
If that ever happen, that means something is wrong… FIX IT!!

DO NOT COMPROMISE~!
REMEMBER your root~
Passion to seek knowledge.
Remember what is the purpose that drives you?
To constantly equip yourself with skills and knowledge,
so that you will be useful to fulfill God’s Will, to further His Kingdom.
Give in your best in everything that you do~!!!

What are your priorities again?

READ your BLOG in times of low motivation~!
ReFOCUS~
Always focus back on your own personal mission statement~!

CCA stands for Co-Curricular Activities,
know the meaning of CO,
It’s suppose to be supplementary, not the core~
Remember that~!

CAP score might not be your purpose to study diligently,
but still it’s a gauge towards how much you really know in the course, how much you are expected to know~

What your purpose to study? coming to NUS?
once again, it’s giving your BEST to everything you do~

One last note, remember to draw strength from God,
you know very well that by your mere strength alone is almost useless in achieving anything great~
Count the ample blessings that you’ve received so far~!
21 years~

ok, time to sleep~ go go go~!

Just finish reading the 50+ page book about sleep.
In short, to improve sleep quality,
2 things, EXERCISE, especially in the morning and HIGH light Intensity.

First thing to do in the morning is to let our eyes be exposed to sun light.
Next, go exercise~
15minutes of cardio intensive ones will do.

let’s see how much it’ll improve my sleep.

Proven by Real Execution

It is once again proven that my brain works better after 12am.
What really happened was that I woke up at 9am yesterday morning and I attended the morning lectures
as well as the afternoon one.
But really, the 2pm-4pm one I really cannot concentrate, keep dozing off.
In the end, I manage to get a hang of what really is happening and really get to understand the lecture.
It’s about Statistical Physics, but somehow it has some relation to the Equilibrium Constant, Kc in STPM Chemistry.

Anyway, I’ve been sleeping alot, last thursday, holiday.. slept almost the whole day.
Saturday as well, slept more than 12hours.
Sunday slept early, have more than 6 hours of sleep.
But still.. my brain doesn’t work as great as it is now.
I’m on a real full blast right now, brain fully functioning.

Been reading a lot of articles regarding Asian Values, Confucianism, Taoism.
I can really go on and on and on…..

One possible reason that I could think of will the the serenity.
Nobody disturbs and you can study on and on.

Another factor might be the temperature.
Afternoon temperature here is just too terrible to study.
But still, there’re air cons everywhere on campus.
Maybe that argument doesn’t hold.
But if I am to study in my room in the afternoon,
I think I can only last 10 minutes.

Is this Circadian Rhythmic disorder?
Hmmm….. should I even try to shift back to normal human time?
and sacrifice production capability?

EusoffWorks

Dream.. to be fulfilled.

Obsessed by EusoffWorks.

Too many things to do,
not enough man power,
this year I gain more support,
how far can we reach?

Financial support we have,
now what’s lacking are the skills.
and a proper workflow system, in and out…

It’s different if you plan for the future,
resources will be spread out to handle the necessary preparation,
production may not seem as great.

But is it possible to maintain the preparation process (trainings, empowerment)
and at the same time achieve great production success?

What I am doing here is laying out the foundation of the committee,
paving a path for future generations.

First chair experience,
2 years from now, my graduation,
how can i ensure that the legacy still pass on?
